Cancellation Policy
Cancelation & Rescheduling policy We are very grateful you decided to invest in your wellness through this unique experience. Please understand deposits are non- refundable. Rescheduling appointments requires a $50 fee or you can opt for a virtual session at no additional cost and a total of $200 instead of $300. This virtual session does not include the physical massage, but will still be a transformational experience. You can only schedule a virtual appointment in result of needing to reschedule your in person booking prior to it’s scheduled time. Any no-show’s will forfeit any access to rescheduling their appointment and will lose their deposit. This is due to the fact that appointments are very limited and Leo only travels to the US 1-2 times a year.
